We currently ship to:
Worldwide Shipping available. Eventual excludes will be displayed on the checkout page.
If no shipping method is displayed for a given address during checkout, it means that unfortunately we are not able to ship the goods to you at this point.
Shipping Methods
From march 2020 we carry out the shipment with three methods:
- DPD – tracked door-to-door courier delivery for selected European destinations.
- UPS courier delivery – tracked courier delivery. UPS Standard is used where available; UPS Express Saver is available for selected destinations.
- Global Expres – tracked international postal delivery for destinations not covered by our courier services.
All shipments are registered, so it is possible to check their status using websites that offer mail tracking.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on the following terms:
- Worldwide: free shipping with Global Express and DPD for orders exceeding €80
- United States (USA): Free shipping with UPS Express Saver on orders exceeding €200
- All the locations: Options will show on checkout page when delivery address is provided.
Pricing and Delivery time
All delivery options – the price will be calculated at the checkout level depending on the delivery address provided, regardless of how many items you order.

Customs Duties and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import duties according to the regulations of the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, any additional costs related to customs duties, taxes or clearance fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, nologo calculates and collects applicable import duties and customs clearance fees in advance during checkout. These charges are displayed separately in the order summary and included in the total amount paid at checkout.
The collected fees are used by nologo to cover the applicable import duties and customs clearance costs, so the customer is not required to pay the corresponding charges again upon delivery.
