Perfect for warm-to-hot weather conditions, our lightweight ocean blue cycling socks offer high breathability combined with exceptional durability, thanks to mesh construction at the top and hi-density fabric at the footbed.
We also thought about the long-distance/endurance riding comfort as the socks are held together with flatbed stitching. The fabric we use is two times lighter than cotton and improves moisture management significantly.

The color of the new ocean blue cycling socks has quite interesting characteristics. In its natural habitat – the color of the ocean depends on the interaction of sunlight with what is in the water.
The ocean appears blue, but only if we observe it from the open sea. The water molecules themselves absorb almost all sunlight, except for the blue part of the spectrum which is reflected back. However, in the shallower, coastal zone, it seems a bit more greenish. If there are organisms in the ocean, they can absorb and reflect different wavelengths of light, depending on their individual properties.
In the open sea, where the concentration of organic matter and plants is low, their presence (and therefore color) is not so important. In this case, water molecules scatter the sun’s rays as much as air scatters them, which is why both of these environments appear blue. Consequently, the relatively barren regions of the open ocean appear deep blue.
White and all its derivatives, such as warm beige, taupe, perfectly match the color of our new ocean blue cycling socks, giving exceptionally interesting effects based on contrasts. Like almost all shades of blue, it contrasts nicely with warm shades of orange. These two intense colors, although from different families, complement each other beautifully in the form of accessories.
